Enos helped sell our home this past year. He is one of the best. Very knowledgeable and personable. You will like him right away. He was there for us from the moment the house went on the market thru closing. Was very professional and prompt in getting back with us with any concerns we had, and always had our best interest in mind.
The best part of our crazy home-buying process was knowing that we had Enos "E" Genaro on our side. Enos was incredibly responsive to all our communications, and always responded within the hour (if not the minute) that we sent an email or text. Enos got us into houses just hours after we'd request a listing, and was open to traveling all over the area. He also set up our times so that the locations flowed and we weren't zig-zagging across the metro area. Enos was also great in his suggestions for offers. He helped us to put in several offers on different houses and gave us tips on ways to adjust our offers in an EXTREMELY competitive market. He knows the areas, the houses, and how to work well with other agents. In the end, my wife and I got the house we'd been looking for, and we owe it all to Enos. Without his flexible schedule, open lines of communication, and enthusiasm to get us into the best house for us, we would never be in the house we now call, "Home”.
Enos definitely went above and beyond helping us sell our Dad's condo in Macomb Township! Although my siblings and I cleared out the contents of the condo, there were a few miscellaneous items left in the garage that he removed for us. He also went to bat for us with the title company after they made us jump through hoops one time too many with legal documents already in their possession. What impressed me the most though was when we he met me at my Dad's dentist office because to meet me in person. (I live in Grand Rapids so was working with Enos long distance.) It was a pleasure to work with Enos because he is very down to earth, personable, and professional. He kept me appraised of showings, comments after showings, and the numerous documents that needed to be signed throughout the process. I would definitely Enos because of the very positive experience we had working with him!
Enos was involved in both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Since both of these were taking place at the same time and with contingency, things can be pretty complicated. Enos was great with handling all the details and communications among the parties involved. I also greatly appreciated his availability to go out and see properties. When we purchased our home, Enos was our agent. I don't recall how we first met him, but from the start, both my wife and I left at ease and for that I give Enos the credit. He was knowlegeable of all the properties he showed us and he did take us to quite a few. We both work, so timing when we could view potential homes was important to us. Enos worked extremely well with our schedules. When our decision was made, Enos worked to find a mortgage specialist that could handle our needs, and he did find that person. Even to this day, a few years after we closed on this house, I call Enos for advise and the advise he has given me has proved to be spot on.
He was always ready to help, any hour of the day. He helped us throughout the entire process, and always explained everything to us in a way we could understand. It was a pleasure working with him.
We have used Enos to sell our parents home in Madison Heights and Grand Blanc, and our personal lake view home in Waterford. One thing that is great about Enos is his communication. There is never a time in the selling process where we wondered about the next step. He listens to the sellers viewpoint and adds his professional opinion when asked for (and he's usually right). Another great aspect is that he is always available. When you call or email, there is usually a response, asap. He doesn't leave you hanging for day(s) as other realtors we have used.
